I, Crawford, have a number of prolapsed discs in my back. I could tell you all the reasons why I must do the ten physio exercises every day and how they are proven to be good for me. But guess what? That doesn’t mean the physio gets done. We all know we should be doing all manner of things—from doing our physio to getting daily exercise to flossing our teeth.
