Recently, during a technical training session for a new job, I found myself in an uncomfortable but familiar conundrum. The training had been comprehensible until all of the sudden it wasn’t—like a pleasant hike off of a cliff. Plummeting into the intellectual void, I flailed for my parachute—in this case, a question.
