The Season 8 première of “Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown” begins just like all of the show’s episodes do: with its amiably gruff host taking in the splendors of some lesser-travelled corner of the globe. In this case, it’s Hanoi, Vietnam, and Bourdain, as usual, is in his element, riding around on a motorbike and thrilling to the smells of fish sauce, exhaust, and incense.
